  This location is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever gone to. The only reason I go here still is because it's the only one between Abbotsford and Delta. Service is always terrible, the staff do not care about their jobs and routinely mess up orders and refuse to refund or replace them - they often leave parts of an order missing and refuse to fix it. Always check that you have everything you ordered before you drive away.

  Different selection than other fast food, open 24 hours and made fresh. It has a nice atmosphere and choice of relaxed seating or more desk/work like seating.
  
  There are other options for eating, as Burger King, Subway, and an Asian restaurant are 2 blocks down. But this is the most convenient.

  One person serving for a 20 plus seat restaurant. 4 people on drive through. The one person on cash also had to "pick" the order including pouring the beverage.

  Quick service, the drive thru moves pretty fast even if there is a huge line up. Staff are efficient but can be relatively short with you and you feel like they are basically throwing your food into your car and begging you to speed off.
