  Being the only Starbucks in Ladner, this location is constantly busy and messy. Unlike other Starbucks in downtown Vancouver, this store doesn't provide any comfortable place to either sit long for a chat or suited table and chair for study. Nowadays, it's almost if you aren't coming to Starbucks for an excellent coffee. It is Starbucks. You are here for the consistent quality of mediocre coffee (which is completely fine) and nice and clean space to chill. This location provides nothing from the latter. The bathroom is always unattended. It is subpar compare to other Starbucks.

  Regular ol' starbucks. Has a lot of space inside, very popular with the local community so it can be quite busy at times.
