  If I could give a negative -5, I would. I used to go there alot but the service is horrible and the portions have got smaller and on top of that there are no samples. Both owners work at the store and both of them have lousy attitudes toward the customers. There comes a time to move on and these guys reached it several years ago.

  There used to be students serving at Sara's ice cream in Ladner and they were very pleasant to deal with. The man serving there now is a laugh. He first ignored me and my two children, then walked to the far end of the shop and whistled to us to come over to where he was. The smallest serving of ice cream for my kids I have ever seen and scowling the whole time. What a riot. Wish I could say more, but I didn't feel like staying.

  Recived the worst service. The latest employee, an old man is one of the most rudest and smug server you well ever encounter. On top of that he gives the smallest servings of ice cream ever. He also made my sister and I wait well he cleaned ice cream bins and made us pay first which was very strange . This is not the sarahs ice creams I know and loved as a kid. Very disappointed.

  I just went to Sara's today and had the owner (older, Caucasian man) serve us. Usually, owners are the most kind and caring servers- he was not. He would not give us even one sample as he "didn't have spoons". When I told him that there was spoons directly in front of us he again said "there are no more spoons since today has been a busy day". I couldn't support his business as he was such a unnecessarily mean man. Also, i wanted to note that I saw that the portions he gives out are very small.
