  This place always has a line up so I thought it would be worth the exorbitant prices. I was really early for the ferry so I came in and was relieved to see the place totally empty - no line! The baristas were all chatting and took a minute to notice me - fair enough - maybe it was a busy morning.
  
  I ordered a breakfast wrap and an americano. I asked them to heat the wrap up it was barely warm when she gave it to me, even though no one was waiting. This was after having to remind her twice which wrap I wanted. I asked for room in the americano (because of how my thermos closes), and specified how full I wanted it. After a few minutes my americano came out almost humourlessly full. Meanwhile the station was totally trashed - evidently hadn't been wiped down in a while, cream/milk aren't labeled, things spilled and napkins empty.
  
  I get that it's nice to have a minute to reset and chill out between the ferry rush, but these folks need to prioritize getting reset before they totally check out, and maintain standards for their service. With four people behind the bar and no line up, this was beyond unacceptable.

  Great coffee great staff! I travel across on the ferry regularly and have never had an issue so not sure whats up with a couple of the other reviews. Definitely recomend this place over Starbucks!!

  Love their coffee, best part of waiting for the Ferry. Just at the opposite end of Starbucks. Good service and super friendly staff.

  Thoroughly enjoy Salt Spring Coffee. Go here instead of Starbucks at the ferry terminal if you are actually getting coffee/espresso. I'd probably give it 4.6 out of 5. I don't dish out 5's though unless it's absolutely divine. This is close!
