  table was not clean, no cutlery even all food arrived, asked for cutlery but they were dirty, some ingredients were missing, they gave us back the ingredients after asking about it, kid was vomiting the next morning, better opt for the food court

  I quite liked my experience. Staff were nice, our server even offered to turn down the music (and did) when it was too loud. Food was good and atmosphere was good. Also, A+ big screen for hockey.

  When they are on their game, the service is fantastic and have gone lots of times... When they are not however they are really bad. Not much middle ground. Food is always good though

  My family waited 45 minutes at the table ..we never got our order! A server came started to take our order then realized its not his designated table and left..waited 20 minutes nobody came so i asked the hostess and reminded that we're still waiting to be served.... waited another 15 minutes the hostess came apologizing that our server is busy to take our order.. I looked around saw a lot of empty tables . I think waiting 45 minutes a bit too long of a wait. I felt bad to the hostess she kept checking on our table and apologizing but she couldn't take our orders we were really disappointed. As we started to leave your restaurant we saw some of your staff having a group meeting? Meeting?! ..but they couldn't have a time to get our order?! REALLY!

  As we walked in to an empty lounge the manager never greeted us or acknowledged our presence in an empty lounge. One would think him or the server would be happy to see customers come in. A very poor experience from the beginning, the server tried to take our order and realized she had not given us menus. After dropping off our coffees and neglecting to ask for cream or sugar it took another 5 minutes for us to literally walk around and track a server to get cream and sugar. Again saw another server who walked away as we tried to wave him down. As part of the industry I understand the struggles servers encounter with the multitude of jobs they need to multitask. However a lack of trainning, careless of leadership on the floor really makes a possible great brunch into a feeling of regret for walking through the doors. April 14 11:30 am.
